Customer support
If you submitted a request and have not received a response, email us with the request date, service and contact email used. Provider availability varies, so a specific number of quotations cannot be guaranteed.
Provider and credit support
For account, credit or lead-quality questions, include your provider business name, account email and the relevant lead or transaction reference. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.
Payment support
If a payment appears successful but credits are missing, send the Paystack reference, payment date, amount and account email to info@67m.co.za. We will compare the payment confirmation with the platform transaction record.
