Clear terms for every order.

Quotations and orders

Prices, specifications and scope will be communicated before an order is confirmed. Printing, third-party costs and work outside the stated package scope may be quoted separately.

Deposits and payment

A deposit may be required before work begins. Any balance and payment milestones will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Artwork and proof approval

Where design, printing, branding or customised production is involved, customers may be required to approve artwork or proofs before production. Customers are responsible for checking names, telephone numbers, spelling, quantities, dimensions, colours, dates and other information before giving final approval.

Custom work and cancellations

Once customised production has begun following customer approval, cancellation may not always be possible because materials, production time and third-party costs may already have been incurred.

Timelines

Production and delivery times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Intellectual property

Website content, photographs, artwork and intellectual property belonging to 67M Business Media may not be reproduced without permission except where permitted by law. Customer-supplied content remains subject to the customer's warranties and rights to use it.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights customers have under applicable South African law.
